Choosing a Theme!!!
I like to use the Thesis Theme (Best Premium Theme for WordPress) for reasons of functionality, which I have a developer license for, it can be a little bit plain for people out of the box and so you might like to dress it up with a skin – check out these ones:

Or Woo Themes
If there is still not one you like there, then
Theme Forest has loads and even beyond that there are also oodles of free wordpress themes, – but sometimes these less-than-premium/free themes can be buggy and problematic. I.e. stripping out the date or changing column widths is hard. So I would prefer to use a premium theme. Hope you can choose one you like out of the Thesis skins or Woo Themes. I am happy to buy any skin or woo theme you want as I’ll use it again.
My preference is Thesis/with a skin from ThesisReady or ThesisThemes, Second pref is Studiopress or woothemes.
After you have picked a theme you like email me and tell me what it is and I’ll install it on the site.
Next thing is video – just send it through when you’ve shot it

Third thing -
have a look at these articles , as you can see they have been written with the keyword ‘garden maintenance’. basically we will need some keyword rich content for your site along these sort of lines. so anything you want to write would be great!
