Audio and sound mix

Sometimes, this is all that’s needed. You might have some perfectly good footage that just needs pimping on an aural level. I can strip background noise, improve the audio quality, and add music – and give you a mix that will pop out of the speakers! (in a good way!)

Video Titles and adding a Watermark to your video

Perhaps you would just like some start and end titles created to edit on to all your future videos. I can do this for you!

Hyperlink embedded in video

Did you know you can have a clickable hyperlink embedded in to your video?
(That’s okay, most people don’t know about it!) – I can do this for you! (and think how cool that would be for video marketing purposes, right?)

Transferral of DVD or large format video to web video

Do you have a promotional DVD lying around that you’d like to put on the web, or host on your site? I can do this for you. Even if it requires chopping it into under ten minute blocks so that it can be hosted on youtube – don’t worry, I’ve got you covered!

Help with embedding in your site

Repurposing of existing content to video

Do you have an e-book, or an article, or some audio, and would you like this repurposed into a video? I can add moving pictures to your audio, or create a slide-show presentation with gorgeous transitions and images. I can basically do anything. If you have some quality audio, all it takes is some images – and then, boom, it’s a video – and you can get all the benefits from video marketing.

Voiceovers

I have a stable of professional actors (including NIDA and Actor’s Centre graduates) who are not only fantastic voice-over artists, but also fantastic on-camera presenters. However, if a professional voiceover is all that’s required, that’s so easy peasy for us! Just get in touch!

Audio Video

A more cost-effective version of me creating ten minutes of moving pictures to your audio is the Audio Video. These can be very effective. It’s just a matter of giving me one still image or frame that you would like to accompany your audio, and I can gently ‘move’ this image throughout the duration of the video, creating a movie to your audio. For SEO and content purposes, these sorts of videos still get a lot of plays (I have tested this theory myself!).

ADR – AKA Automatic Dialogue Replacement

I can replace dialogue to picture if the pictures are great, but the sound is not usable. This is a high skill activity and requires either the original actor or staff member who is in the pictures, or else an actor ‘sound-alike’ with the skill to lip-synch the exact words. However, this can be useful for repurposing (say) an American commercial for the Australian market or vice versa, or removing errors.

Powerpoint or Keynote service

Need A Keynote or Powerpoint presentation and running out of time? Just give me a brief and a duration, and any source material you want included (optional – otherwise I can get this all for you!) – and I can create a fantastic and impressive presentation for you. AND make it into a video with voiceover and music.

Music Sourcing

All music that I incorporate into your video is royalty-free, because I either own it or have a license for it – therefore you can use it with impunity! Because I have been doing music and sound-mix for so long, I am very fast at matching the perfect music to your video, and have great taste. (you’ll have to trust me on that, but it’s easy to switch a piece over if you don’t like anything.)

Music Branding

As a professional and award winning screen composer, sydney music producer and recording engineer with over 15 years experience in the television and advertising industry, I can create a custom score for you.

This will not suit you if you are on a budget – if so, I’ll source you some library music AKA royalty free music.

However a custom theme would suit you if you want an original and exclusive piece of music that ONLY YOUR COMPANY will ever be able to use (rather than hearing ‘your’ music on other people’s web content, because they also bought a licence for it, which always kinda sucks!)

Original and exclusive music is more expensive because it is custom-composed and time-consuming to layer it so that it sounds like ‘the shiz’, aka the standard required!

However, if you have the budget for it, this is the holy grail of video marketing – your own branded ‘sound bite’ or branded theme.

Sound effects

Vastly underused on youtube, why not have me add some sound effects to your video? There’s nothing like the sound of a ‘clang’ or a comedy squelch, beep, or other comedic noise to underscore the humour in your video.

Adding applause can make it ‘seem’ like you did your performance to an audience.
Traffic noise can make a ‘dead’ soundscape come to life – ditto nature noise.

You would seriously be amazed as to what can be done with great sound design, as it’s known in the industry – the art of layering sound effects and dialogue to make a soundscape that sounds just like ‘being there’ – almost a hyper-real soundscape.

This is basically what I do for my film clients, but the odd sound effect can be fantastic for video marketing too.
